I have been working in the childcare field since 2010. The age groups I have worked with includes infants through school aged children. Four of the ten years working in childcare was spent working in an Elementary School. I was a paraprofessional for special needs children in kindergarten through second grade. After completing two years as a paraprofessional, I changed positions and became a media assistant. I enjoyed the media assistant job for a while and began to miss being in a traditional classroom. That's when I started teaching Pre-K again at Grove Hill Academy.
