Managing a team across EMEA. Responsible for overseeing HR, Talent Acquisition and Office Management Operations for the region.

People:- Responsible for strategic projects for the People team and planning of annual strategy- Responsible for staying up to date with employment law for UK & EMEA - updating contracts and internal docs accordingly - Responsible for streamlining HR and Talent processes as well as devising and rolling out new policies and processes- Collect and analyse people data to support making recommendations to the business- Act as a partner for internal stakeholders on People matters- HR admin (PTO, Sick Leave, Parental Leave, grievances, PiPs, ad-hoc requests)Talent:- Responsible for end to end hiring process for EMEA (building role briefs, screening applications, running interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system, scheduling all interviews, offers and contracts)- Responsible for managing and maintaining our ATS; including contract management, renewals, feature roll out and user admin/training- Responsible for obtaining accurate benchmarking information and analysing it to inform decisions on company-wide pay reviews and planning- Act as a key partner for hiring managers - SME for talent acquisition and go-to person for information on what the market is doing and who we should be hiring - Sourcing and vetting talent for EMEA roles - leveraging my network, LinkedIn, relevant job portals, coordinating recruitment events and building relationships with universities and specialist organisations where applicable
