Experience gained in the pre-examination process for an aviation sector DCO and in the coordination of an EMP for a post-examination highways scheme. Current work includes coordinating inputs for an offshore floating wind farm and writing chapters for an EIA Scoping Report for a tidal energy scheme.

Operator of an online ‘Live Chat’ that develops problem solving skills by efficiently answering questions. I was also part of a small team who manged Live Chat during the key confirmation and clearing period – resulting in an improvement in Net Promoter Score by 10 Points, whilst handling up to 4 chats at anyone time, with overall chats showing an increase of 17% on the previous year.

Managing a team of callers by briefing them on which campaigns to complete whilst developing Microsoft Excel skills by inputting relevant shift information. Includes captioning data in the GeckoEngage system, use of Connect and Suspect Duplicate maintenance.

Includes calling prospective students and alumni, nationally and internationally, informing them of events occurring at the University, developing my telephone manner.

Working at open days within the University, providing campus tours and partaking in question and answer sessions with the public.

Completed Stage 1 and 2 of NSU Volunteer Recognition by articulating skills gained by various training and workshops whilst being Secretary of the Northumbria University Geography Society.
