Jessica Callaghan-Fox Email and Phone Number
Head of Strategy for one of the UK’s largest banks, Jess was hungry for more; she transitioned into management consultancy, specialising in global M&A. She developed a firmly embedded knowledge of finance, strategy and marketing, thanks to hard work, great teams and brilliant mentors. A project and change management path through Europe, America and Africa, and many different sectors have given Jess authentic business and leadership experience. Jess's parents were Australian and Irish. She has a British passport and Permanent Residency in South Africa, which, combined with her experience of working worldwide, means she adapts well to change and thrives on it. She loves both leading and being part of successful teams. From large corporates to boutique private equity firms and startups, Jess has worked across and with the board. Fortunate to start two consulting practices from scratch, Jess has powerful business development abilities. She has acted as a mentor and coach for many senior professionals and takes genuine pleasure in coaching and mentoring those starting this journey. Ultimately her corporate specialisation is leading Mergers, Acquisitions, Carve-Outs and Divestments. She will structure and lead a post-merger integration or separation programme to deliver true synergies. However, Jess thrives on devoting a good chunk of her time to working with NPOs, NPCs and NGOs. If wishes do come true, Jess will be a fully fledged philanthropist at some stage in the next couple of decades! When she’s not working, you will find Jess having fun with her two sons (a lot of fun), riding her horses, or climbing the occasional mountain. Mt Kilimanjaro is her favourite so far.
