Leads a team to implement the following Black Knight, Inc software products with existing and new clients from project start thru post production support: Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Solutions (Fka LoanSphere, Process Management, Newtrak), Bankruptcy Ledger, Proof of Claim (POC), Payment Change Notice (PCN), Bankruptcy Trustee Payment Processing (BTPP),Financial Transaction Administration(FTA), and Credit Bureau Management (CBM).Responsibilities include but not limited to: participating in statement of work and product pricing, timeline planning, project management, participating and overseeing entire implementation process and implementation resources, working on process improvements, participating in system data mapping, clients calls, consulting with clients, developing SQL scripts and SQL adhoc reporting needed for conversions and/or implementations, various analysis/solutioning needed for implementing a specific client, training internally and with clients, and mentoring direct reports.

* Overall responsibilities include: Leading a team and participating individually in client implementations of Black Knight Financial Services software for workflow processing of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Claims, and Subordinate Lien Management from start to finish including sale calls,onsite and remote client planning meetings, project management, collecting and drafting IT requirements, system configuration, leading client calls, drafting client configuration manuals, validating conversion, prepping and participating in User Acceptance Testing, onsite client support for UAT and go live, and post go live support.* Other responsibilities include: Scoping, drafting, and coordinating between legal and the client for finalization and execution of statement of work for special implementation projects, creating adhoc sql queries to support special/unique billable client implementation projects, implementing imaging interface, supporting service transfers, addressing client escalations, solutioning for existing clients, cross-training team members, and mentoring/coaching direct reports. * Expertise in: Life cycle, project management, and details of client software implementation from start to finish, consulting internally and directly with clients, verbal and written communication, ability to work/communicate with all levels of an organization, deliver projects on time and with the highest degree of client satisfaction* Other application expertise: Microsoft Applications: Project, Excel, Visio, Word; SQL (adhoc scripting), MSP (Foreclosure/Bankruptcy)* Titles held within same team: Assistant Vice President, Implementations Manager
