I done everything that a teacher would do. I prepared lesson plans, made test, graded test and assignments, worked duty post. During this time I gained the trust and respect of children. I volunteered to work ball games.

As the director I was in charge of making the schedule for all of the employees. I also met with the parents and enrolled the children into the program.
