I took care of a meeting room which can be booked or used by all colleagues. I help my supervisor to accept or decline some meetings. And I also help to schedule some meetings. I often do some reimbursement and purchase for my supervisor. What's more, I support my colleagues to prepare workshops, collect information for meetings or contact with other departments.

I taught students translation and interpreting. Those students are from continuing education college.

Engineers from Britain were hired to teach Chinese Employees how to practice. And I worked as an interpreter during this process.
