About Jessica Cinamon

I am a current student at Binghamton University majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Law and minoring in Writing Studies. I am an aspiring law school student who is currently in the search for internships and/or jobs.I am currently interning at the Broome County Public Defender's Office where I have been helping by organizing data in Excel sheets, filing open files, closed files, and all other documents, attending and taking notes at intake interviews and client meetings, and analyzing and reviewing body camera and surveillance footage to collect crucial evidence.I have also previously interned at Zemsky and Salomon, a personal injury attorney's office where I was tasked with communicating with clients and medical facilities in order to obtain information about and the actual medical records. I also helped with drafting documents like Bill of Particulars, Responses, Closing Letters, Contact Letters, and more in order to support attorneys. I have also participated in and been on the board of various clubs at Binghamton University such as, Binghamton Pre-Law Education Organization (I was an Intern for the Outreach Director position in 2023-2024 and am now the clubs Secretary), Binghamton University Running Club (I have been the Public Relations Director since April of 2023), Binghamton Parliamentary Debate Society, Binghamton Policy Project, and Binghamton Aiding Hearts.Competencies: Client communication, file and data management, leadership, analytical skills, evidence review, drafting documents, and note taking.
