Jessica Cisneros is a Economic Opportunity Council at Contra Costa County. She is proficient in Spanish and English. Colleagues describe her as "I had the pleasure of working with Jessica for over two years and it was such a pleasure. Jessica's leadership skills are excellent and she goes above and beyond to find solutions to any challenges put in front of her. I witnessed her lead, inspire, and advocate for over 2.2 million community college students in the state of California. Jessica is a strong orator and she is gifted with the ability to motivate and inspire other to take action on social justice issues. Jessica always brings new and innovative ideas to the table and is never shy to express her point of view; however, simultaneously, she respectfully listens to others even when they do not share the same view as her.
