- I lead on the John Lewis circular design strategy by developing and delivering a framework to enable commercial teams to reimagine our own brand products to be more suited to a circular economy.- Circular business models

- Product development from creating tech pack, through fitting and sealing to final QC process. Multi product including MW/WW Sportwear, wovens, true knitwear, outerwear, jersey & sweats- Circular design, developing certified recyclable products in polyester outerwear, wool knitwear & cotton denim - Supply chain traceability through digital product passports. Tracing supply chain back to tier 4 for 95% of range, shared with photos from supply base to customers via a QR code

Plain shirts and ties department duties included: conducting fit sessions with buying and design teams, communicating clear comments to the global supply base ensuring product quality is maintained and exceeds brands expectation. Product testing in accordance with REACH and global compliance standards, supplier communication and queries, block reviews and maintenance, clear understanding of critical path was crucial to ensure timely sealing of samples and organization of departments. I took every opportunity to pursue my interest in sustainability both within our product ranges and in the office taking a leading role in the ASOS Earth Team driving forwards the sustainability efforts at department level.

During my Internship I worked on both tailoring and jersey departments assisting in fit sessions, measuring samples, conducting comparative shops, project work and presentations for team research, handling a large amount of administrative duties thus greatly improving my organizational skills, ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
