The magnificent ¨Castle in the Rockies¨, a UNESCO World Heritage site, The Banff Springs Hotel is located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. It is important to provide legendary hospitality to guests who come from all over the world. At the Banff Springs Hotel there are over 1000 employees on site; therefore, we all have one goal which is, turning moments into memories for the guests. The Food and Beverage department has given me the chance to demonstrate to new floor staff, and servers on hospitality requirements, proper food handling guidelines, the outlet protocols and safety procedures. Fairmont constantly deals with high volume of guests each day, I've learned to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities and local businesses to proficiently answer all questions and request. Lastly, it's crucial to refer and report guests inquiries and accusations to the appropriate department in the castle and offering premium services to dissatisfied guests.

Within the branch I offer customers personalized service and identify needs to find solutions, and provide exceptional customer service by processing transaction in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner. On an every day basic, I promote products and service by per-determining client eligibility and suitable account upgrades. I continually meet and exceed sales and customer service goals; within the branch I have the best Legendary Experience index score. With the knowledge I grown for the organization, I've taken on the responsibility to train new employees as CRSs to meet and excel bank standards while promoting campaigns for various products.Additionally, I hold the title of a Secure Desk Operator. As a Secure Desk Operator, I hold combinations to open and close the branch. I am accountable for the start-of-day cash-flow forecasting and end-of-day balancing, while working closely with financial compliance and due diligence. Side note: I successfully passed ROA testing

To begin with the Head Host role, I managed the guest-list and high volume of patrons in the restaurant. It was important to ensure high-quality guest experience by providing excellent service. In both roles I've proved leadership abilities and expert product knowledge while training new staff members. Significantly,I participated within a team to ensure a strong and efficient work environment. It was essential to communicate with my team to ensure guest requirements were being addressed in a professional manner. Lastly, I represented The Kegs serving standards and health and safety regulations while performing all duties.

Being a part of the face of Goodlife Fitness, I motivated and inspired members to meet their fitness goals while maintaining a positive report with both clients and co-workers. Interacting with members regularly, I was responsible for solving their inquiries, needs and issues. Additionally, I have a great understanding of Goodlifes' policies and guidelines. To this day I continue to have an interest and passion for fitness, and encouraging to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
