I’m currently employed as a Loan Administrator moving towards HR with my current company at Lyndon State Bank whom I’ve currently been employed with for 6 years. My prior experience was in the retail/beauty industry for 15 years. I have ran a successful location for 14 years with Beauty Brands. My time with this company strengthened my Business Acumen and Development of others. Developing others has always been one of my key strengths. I have been through DISC Training twice and use it in my everyday life and in conjunction with leading a successful team. During my time with Beauty Brands I have achieved many awards. Most recently in February of 2018, Million Dollar Milestone, Manager of the year, and Best Contributing Location by District. The key to my success relies solely on building a strong team and foundation. It takes all to achieve greatness.
