As a Coach:-Coordinating and managing all the Coaches (7) to make sure the work we are doing is the right one.- Coordinating and managing all the athletes (+45) that Houston SynchroStars has by organizing training schedules and expectations of the club.- Formulate annual/monthly/weekly training plan according to the goals and expectations that the club has for the athletes.- Coordinate Competitions and Courses for the club in a strategic way according to the athlete's abilities and goals.- Making sure that coaches are not just coaching but are teaching the right discipline and values to our athletes.
