Jessica Dubowski is an attorney admitted in New York State. As an attorney, real estate broker, developer, and lifelong resident of Hampton Bays, Jessica provides her clientele with unique expertise related to the intricacies of business, law, labor and employment, and real estate. Jessica has represented clients in the legal industry in a variety of complex commercial disputes spanning the real estate and construction, hospitality, financial and consulting industries. She practices in a diverse range of intersecting corporate and litigation matters including mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment litigation and counseling, and contract disputes.Jessica founded a real estate investment and development company in Hampton Bays, New York, East Landing Development LLC, that prioritizes sustainable development practices, building strong and diverse relationships and executing quality in their projects.
