With over 9 years of work experience in higher education and mental health services, I serve as the Director of Career Development and Innovation at Vermont State University (VTSU). I am enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on leading organizational change. My core competencies include developing innovative techniques and strategies to support students and staff in gaining the skills and confidence they need to reach their career goals and pursue their dreams. I also have a strong background in experiential learning and workplace readiness, which I acquired as the Director of Experiential Learning and Workplace Readiness at Castleton University for three years.
