In my work on an Agile squad, I uncovered and clarified the customer's needs in conjunction with the needs of business partners, leveraged my relationship management skills to ensure successful pilot plan identification and deployment, documenting learnings, communicate features and rollout strategy and deploy new features. Details include my work to decompose features into epics and stories, story refinement, document updated features, identify KPI's, provide on-going management reporting, create test plans and complete UAT testing with partners.
