I am a former high-performing, dedicated Shop Manager with 17 years of retail experience, familiar with managing a range of personalities. I was made redundant in 2014, and chose to set up my own business in the health and wellness industry, where I become a network marketer and successfully built a business for 3 years, with a team of over 300 people. I am now a self employed craft women; making and creating customised wooden letters. Even though this was not my career choice, it has helped me be the mother I wanted to until my eldest boy started full time school. Although many of my skills have come from a retail environment, I can easily apply them to a different sector of work, but I am also keen to learn new ones. I am constantly reading mindset and self development books to be the best possible version of me. I am dedicated, driven and apply a strong work ethic to achieve all goals and targets.
