Responsible for checking and processing doctor’s request and Letter of approval from their Insurances Resolve’s patient’s billing complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Processing online payments and procedures Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications. Address customer complaints and questions Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy Process all payment using various pay services (cash, card, cheque, and health insurances) Attended Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas “Know Your Money and Counterfeit Detection” seminar. Other tasks: Email Management and Patient’s Registration

• Processing and preparing financial statements and requirements for Housing Loans.• Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists our clients through phone, email, or face-to-face interaction to address their concerns • Collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the loan to be processed within the given standard processing time• Ensure that all accounts status is updated on HDMF Module
