Lead information systems projects, strategically and functionally, to assist public and private sector entities in meeting goals through data-driven decision making. Oversees teams, from Oracle DBAs, ODS/ETL developers to warehousing architects, to provide integrated data from functional UI web-based systems to ancillary databases to meet operational data reporting needs as well as long term, system-wide data projections. Successfully leads teams to migrate legacy data structures to upgraded data architecture to meet the growing needs of the data consumers. Demonstrates strength in building relationships with non-technical partners, eliciting business requirements and translating to meet technical needs. Strong understanding of government, non-profit and private sector overlap.
