Jessica is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Practice. She is a leader in the NextGen Therapy practice and serves as the co-lead for the NextGen Therapies Industry Working Group (IWG). The IWG is a forum established to bring leaders from across the industry together to share ideas, collaborate and move the industry forward for patients, their families, and the NextGen community. Jessica also leads a team of Life Sciences specialists who support R&D, Commercial, MedTech, and the Emerging Client Portfolio. She currently serves as the National Well-Being Leader in Deloitte's Client and Market Growth division, a role where she champions the importance of work-life balance across the organization. Her responsibility involves developing strategies and initiatives that promote employee well-being and foster a culture of health and wellness.Jessica brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role, starting as a molecular biologist doing lab research, through significant roles in prominent IT and Consulting firms. In these roles, Jessica and her team worked across multiple countries and functional business units, delivering comprehensive solutions such as informatics solutions, high-performance computing solutions, and global workforce programs.
