Additionally, co-developed and delivered comprehensive Financial Lines International Programs training to over 200 colleagues in Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Held from April 2010 to January 2011.As Senior Underwriter and Team Leader for Aon brokered accounts in the Northeast Region, led the technical underwriting and business development of complex Directors & Officers Liability programs in the Fortune 500 space. Additionally, underwrote Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability programs. Finally, developed a strong interest in the evolving international legal and tax landscape and became the Global Programs Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Financial Lines. Held from to May 2006 to April 2010.As a Zurich Associate, participated in a comprehensive one year training program for recent college graduates entering the firm. The Zurich Associate Program provided a comprehensive introduction to the core functional areas of a P&C insurance operation, including classroom learning at North America home office (Chicago, IL) mixed with field rotations in large account underwriting (Casualty / Los Angeles, CA), claims (Property / Tampa, FL) and loss control (Various / Mid-Atlantic Region).
