Full stack engineer building and maintaining all aspects of the SixPlus codebase: component-based front end, restful API on the back end, SQL and NOSQL databases, cron tasks, and dev-ops. Currently working on improving collaboration and planning tools to help groups and teams work together to vet venues and effectively plan events. Our stack: Typescript, AngularJS, Express, MongoDB / Mongoose, PostgreSQL / Sequelize, Mocha, Google Cloud. Notable projects: Translated the SixPlus Mongo database into PostgreSQL to integrate with the Metabase analytics platform. Utilized migrations to allow for schema flexibility in PostgreSQL, and created hourly cron tasks to update the SQL database. Identified unnecessarily large payloads and redundant data, cutting the size of the MongoDB by 25% and improving DB seed times. Created formalized documentation of our code base to improve the on-boarding experience and standardize best practices.Executed major infrastructure updates: Node 8.10 to 12.18, Typescript 2 to 3, Webpack 2 to Webpack 4, Gulp 3 to Gulp 4.

• Managed full and part-time program staff and oversaw the GlamourGals internship program of 4 - 6 interns per semester. • Planned and executed database transition from excel into salesforce. GlamourGals now uses Salesforce to log and conduct volunteer outreach and manage donor contributions. GlamourGals' automated reporting system through Salesforce saves an estimated 15 hours of staff time per week. • Led digital initiatives, like training videos and curriculum documents, to extend digital versions of the GlamourGals leadership curriculum to the 80% of volunteers unable to attend in-person events in NYC.

• Created proposals for corporate partnerships. Proposals have included corporate service days, Instagram campaigns, and event sponsorships.• Researched and implemented a website redesign using Squarespace, custom CSS + HTML, and SEO-optimized copy. In the first 30 days after launch, we reported a 66% increase in total page views, a 43% increase in unique visitors.• Designed a promotional 60-page hardcover book, outlining GlamourGals program's impact. We have printed over 250 copies to share with potential donors.
