I have three years of experience in Human Resourses, with focus on diversity and inclusion, and Human Resourses Business Partner.I currently work as an HRBP for Finance, Growth and Marketing in Media.Monks. Along my journey, I've had the opportunity to provide consultancy to senior leaders on important topics such as conflict management, team development, organizational design, and diversity. I've had the chance to work in challenging scenarios, such as mergers and acquisitions, supporting senior leaders in making strategic decisions that have propelled business success.Additionally, I've gained valuable experience working with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining contact with teams in various cities in Brazil and around the world.
