I am a compliance lawyer with 10 years’ experience and a proven track record of bringing scalable, innovative, and efficient solutions adapted to my clients’ business reality. While I worked in a large Canadian financial institution, I had the opportunity to lead projects meant to bring various business lines to adopt technology, reaching the goal of achieving greater efficiency. Afterwards, I joined a boutique firm specialized in compliance helping firms evolving in the securities industry, and then founded my own private practice in the same field. Since 2021, I act as AlphaCCO’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. AlphaCCO is a start-up RegTech company which offers an application targeting the financial firms niche market. I aim to lead AlphaCCO through its mission to support firms through their compliance program’s digital transformation and optimization.
