Working with the Sprott Business Career Management Centre team, I am dedicated to providing career consulting services to undergraduate business students.

• Successfully coordinate the placement of all MAcc students requiring an internship, conduct internship site visits and grade final internship reports • Responsible for reviewing all admissions applications, prepare offers and recommendations for admission to successful candidates• Attend grad/career fairs, University events to promote the MAcc program and develop strong relationships with current and prospective employers/students• Consult with Sprott Communications team to design promotional material and marketing strategies for successful recruitment of MAcc candidates • Organize and deliver MAcc information sessions to attract prospective candidates • Conduct one on one advisement sessions with students/applicants regarding MAcc program requirements in a confidential manner

• Sales, marketing and business development in Eastern Ontario for the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation through post-secondary and workforce market segments • Attend conferences, employment fairs and other networking events, as well as University student group events to develop and maintain a wide network of finance, accounting, and business professionals and prospects• Develop marketing, sponsorship and communication strategies to advance brand awareness, prospecting, and recruitment in order to contribute to the organization’s member growth objectives• Successfully plan and deliver information sessions to various audiences including, academics, business professionals, and students • Manage a $50,000 sponsorship budget and ensure spending is appropriate and balanced• Maintain solid relationships with members and coordinate volunteer presence at post-secondary and workforce events annually• Conduct one on one consultation/advisement sessions with individuals regarding their personal pathway to the CPA designation

• Secured sponsorships for a variety of events and opportunities and played an important role in developing sponsorship prospecting strategies• Provided direct support to Senior Director for a number of key activities, including proposal preparation, prospect research, business development, relationship management, preparation of presentations, and a variety of communication pieces• Worked with Marketing Department to promote sponsors through Facebook and Twitter
