Providing outstanding customer service while upholding the image of Sorella Salon and Spa was my first responsibility. Other responsibilities include, product inventory, ordering and distribution across our three locations, hiring and training new employees, daily deposits and weekly tipping of salon employees, a communication liason between the salon-level and our owners, coordinating the front desk schedules for all three locations and administrative work.

The number one goal was to communicate with consumers and people on the store-level to determine what was working for the brand and what needed to be changed. Brand development, new business growth, exceeding sales goals, introduction of new product to the marketplace were also large responsibilites. Store-level and corporate account calls to develop promotions, advertisements and quarterly sales goals. Managing over 60+ stores in the Southwest territory, including Phoenix, Las Vegas and Albequerque.

Call on accounts to introduce and sell new products and/or existing products that could benefit the customer.Generate sales leads and potential new consumers.Responsible for interacting with consumers on a daily basis.Promote high energy, fun-loving brand image.
