After being laid off from BRYTER due to downsizing of their US market, took time to focus on personal milestones, including completing PMP certification and supporting the opening of Kentucky Medical Marijuana Center (KYMMC). During this period, returned to school to pursue an MS in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology, deepening understanding of the psychological aspects of employee experience.

Managed logistics for US events, enhancing employee experiences and fostering cross-EMEA collaboration. Oversaw supply chain management, coordinated cross-functional communications, tracked budgets, negotiated vendor contracts, and led post-event analysis to drive improvements and maximize ROI.

Partnered with Talent Acquisition to facilitate the culture shift to remote work, enhancing employee connection and engagement. Developed mental health initiatives, led remote learning programs, and improved onboarding and offboarding processes. Planned and executed 100+ internal events annually, supported retention initiatives, conducted HR audits, and negotiated contracts, resulting in $500k+ cost savings.

Managed onboarding operations, including Orientation and training programs, to enhance new hire experience and foster engagement. Developed role-based training tracks in partnership with Learning and Development. Coordinated onboarding logistics, facilitated bi-monthly Orientation for 70+ new hires, and collaborated with engineering to improve operational efficiency and satisfaction.
