Called members who were missing certain documents that are necessary for the benefits•Fixed and changed guidelines of processing applications•File and Data Entered all approved applications•Collaborated with all team staffs and Directors on whole project

The Child & Elder Care Benefits Program helps thousands of eligible hotel and restaurant union workers pay for partial expenses. These expenses include newborn/child care, youth programs, and care for elder/disabled dependents. As someone who received this benefit in the past, I was able to help assist this program through customer service, data entry, and other office work.

Welcoming incoming freshmen, preparing them for academic and social challenges that may arise throughout high school, making sure they feel welcomed.

Answering questions from parents and students about Lowell, sorting and distributing mail, data entry, filing, helping with registration for upcoming freshmen, sorting paperwork.
