I received my CompTIA A+ certification and was promoted to Desktop Analyst. Still completing all theresponsibilities of a Helpdesk Technician, continuing to assist with troubleshooting VM's, PC's and hardware. I began to focus more on Windows servers, competing security patching and networking administration. I can build Microsoft Virtual machines for end users as well as Microsoft virtual servers.

As a Helpdesk Technician, I worked with end users and vendors troubleshooting a wide variety ofissues. I helped create and deactivate employee accounts, working closely with Active Directory,group policy, Office365, ECT. I physically set up end user stations to include PC’s, printers, scanners,multiline phones as well as installing new internal PC components as needed. Working mostly with theMicrosoft OS, I would install \ uninstall all work relevant applications, keeping both applications andsecurity updates current. Through ticketing software (TrackIt) I would receive and complete work tickets,completing them both physically or remotely through Microsoft Remote Desktop or through MicrosoftRemote Assist, escalating as needed.

I completed in and out processing for soldiers and their family. Assisting them to understand theirLES, BAH and other financial aspects of there military career. Completing data input, filing, givingeducational seminars as well as assisting in office soldiers at our help desk. We issued both payoutsand collections.

After my husband joined the Army, we started a family and I became a stay at home mom. Also during this time I did volunteer work with our local FRG group taking on roles such as : Unit Treasurer, Key Caller and Certified Food Handler. While in these roles I was responsible for all of our Military Unit's financial needs/ buy/sell/ records. I was also a liaison for the Military and my local group of spouses, keeping them informed of military activities / updates.

Took initiative to self-learn and became licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance. In this position I referred and sought out new clients, wrote quotes and approved insurance binders. Cross-sold products, advertised add-ons while creating long-term client relationships. I worked closely with Clients, Financial Institutions, Mortgage companies and Automobile Dealerships. During this time I was also doing all clerical and financial responsibilities to include: completing and filing records, cash handling, scheduling appointments and bookkeeping for our Office.

As Senior Cellular Associate, I frequently advertised and used marketing techniques to draw in new and existing customers, selling and upgrading them to the newest phones and tablets. Training with AT&T and Verizon Representatives, I learned to sell both brand specific cell and internet plans, each per their specific regulations and was responsible for training my Associates. I also worked the rest of the Electronics section of Fred Meyer (Kroger) Researching and selling the newest games and gadgets. I worked the register, cross-sold, up-sold and offered item specific protection plans. Worked special events such as new Game and or Console releases. All while offering top of the line customer service.

Started out as a basic Teller, handling a cash drawer, making credits and debits to both personal and business accounts. Recruited new members, sold and cross-sold products, helped members identify and satisfy their financial needs. Promoted to a Loan Officer, originating / writing up new loans then became licensed in Credit Insurance to finalize and approve loan documents.
