I come to work as my whole self, unapologetically. I am an approachable, verbose, creative, friendly and confident professional. I am passionate about intersectional social change and the role the workplace plays in changing the world we live in, by supporting inclusion in all sectors and advocating for real change. I believe in communities and local economies and they ways they interact to give back and grow opportunities for change. I want to help businesses grow and develop in new ways that disrupt the patriarchal hierarchy and 9-5 norm and focus on holistic and generative wellness in their employees to nurture real social change. I want to work with people who are committed to change and making work a place we both want to be and can also escape without guilt. A place that is intuitive and innovative as well as creative, inspiring and nurturing. I have high standards but also know that nobody is perfect, that we are all learning new things and the bravery that it takes to try something new. The working environment is changing and needs help to evolve, I want to be part of that change.I am sociable and enjoy engaging with people on a day to day basis beyond networking but to find and develop true and deep connections with people. I am a creative mind and enjoy I have an eye for detail, whether using a spreadsheet or following a sewing pattern.I thrive in a fast paced environment but also am keen to subvert the current unsustainable fast pace society has come to celebrate as success. I flourish when faced with new challenges and new teams. I have a wealth of telephony experience that focused on customer engagement and has taught me that my communication skills are valuable beyond a script written by a management team. I am excited about undertaking all training available to me from professional skills to more creative pursuits. I am incredibly team focused and enjoy contributing to and organising events, team pursuits and making that communication lines are transparent and approachable. I enjoy gardening and cultivating my little urban space. I celebrate the creative arts, being an avid milliner as well as dancer with my own small production company. I love cooking and use the kitchen as a place for some pretty weird experiments. I revel in collecting weird items I find. I love horror movies and records and making cinnamon buns.I am open to opportunities in a wide range of roles that will expand my growth mindset even further.
