Works with supply chain wide working groups to advance supply and demand of non-GMO and sustainable grains. Leads development of Midwest Initiative focusing on reintroduction of small grains into rotational practices while ensure there is a market for the small grains to protect the sustainability of family owned farms.

Developed grant and sponsorship pipeline to increase revenue for FREHSFARM programs. Created Junior Board to use the connections and skills of those invited to the board to expand the reach of FRESHFARM and its mission to a wider swath of area residents.

Creating a grant pipeline to support FRESHFARM programs focusing on food access for low income shoppers and skill development for farmers and producers.

Manage producer and farmer only markets. Interfaced with DC government to manage a program to encourage and assist those on food subsidies to purchase more fruits and veggies at farmers markets during the summer months.

Taught in an after school cooking program for DC high school students. Developed lesson plans to encourage students to try new flavors and techniques.

Managing relationships with global subgrantees to ensure adhesion to workplans and budgets. Led teams creating and executing global conference to share best practices and learnings.

Managing the grant portfolio, including working with external and internal funders, including all financial and programatic reports.

Development materials and events to highlight the role Chevron played in partner countries to develop natural resources and create economic opportunities.
