• Gathered information to conduct the annual library survey based on community measures for such programs as the Accessible Service for Seniors- Information, Systems, Technology (ASSIST) program• Gained knowledge of the library’s material by working with the staff in the library and the City of Torrance for the program and utilized the information• Conducted research in advance for the ASSIST program, in how effective the resources in the library were and how they accommodated everyone’s needs• Responsible for attending mandatory Community Meetings • A month-long internship

Disabled Student Services, now called the Bob Murphy Center• Assisted wide-ranging of college students with disabilities to sign up for exams, proctored exams, and guided them to exam rooms on testing days• Helped diverse populations of students complete electronic and paper forms to acquire services around campus• Prepared and filed folders, copies, paperwork related to students’ testing accommodations needs • Worked in conjunction with DSS staff and CSULB faculty to facilitate and streamline testing needs during mid-terms and finals week

• Worked with KGA’s youth empowerment after school program and help facilitated “ice-breakers” during group discussions• Coordinated a KGA Olympics Wellness event and other KGA events• Maintained social media to keep students connected and notified about Wellness Event• Created hand-drawn posters and electronic flyers for the Wellness Event• Advertised flyers by outreaching to students after school and posting on social media blast
