• Effectively communicate with meeting organisers to ascertain their precise requirements.• Liaise closely with internal departments, ensuring the organisation of all event logistics i.e.; room bookings, catering, audio-visual requirements, security and exhibitor needs.• Supervise temporary event teams and manage logistics on event day. • Research and identify key target markets for promotional activities and develop digital and non-digital event marketing campaign.• Design digital eFlyers and eNews, as well as, physical flyers using Silverpop and Netprint design software.• Create budgets for 46 events, managing financial statements and completing post event financial reconciliation. • Revenue generating and managing key relationships with sponsors.• Invite speakers and organise their accommodation, schedules, travel, and registration procedures.• Use the CRM (Integra Events Management Software) to manage all aspects of event management.• Prepare delegate packs and event evaluation forms. • Evaluate feedback and finances for post event analysis.
