This role was an amazing opportunity for working in a fast-paced environment, practicing good time management, and demonstrating entirely self-motivated work.Duties include:• Collecting groceries for customer orders within very tight time frames• Liaising with customers on the shop floor and solving customer queries• Restocking shelves with products returned from online orders• Dressing shelves and maintaining store cosmetics• Multitasking between these duties all at once, while still exceeding minimum shopping speed

Regular temporary work between my terms at Halesowen College. Management continued to ensure a role for me term after term as they were so pleased with my performance. Duties included:• Taking and supplementing inventory• Maintaining store cosmetics and dressing shelves to improve product appeal• Solving customer queries• Building relationships with customers to keep them returning again and againThis role gave me excellent foundations in skills such as team working, problem solving, and liaising with customers in a personable and inviting way.

- Chaperoned open days for prospective students, discussed their life plans, and gave them advice on how the college could best benefit their future- Gave presentation to local high school's Year 11 students to promote the college- Filed and organised paperwork for student enrolment
