While working on concept and construction design in high-end markets for global A-List brands, I have defined and executed over all practice processes, methodologies, creative and design standards, and initiatives.Over the years, I have established myself as a driving force in combining business and aesthetic goals while providing solutions to complex design and construction problems. Throughout my career, I have handled multi-million-dollar projects enabling me to seamlessly perform project management functions (i.e.: consulting and partnering with outside engineers and vendors, administrating budgets, conducting corporate presentations for clients, etc.) Further, I have managed projects with budgets of up to $625M.Coming to the technical aspects of design, I am fully familiar with construction management and documentation, sketch visuals, CGI visuals, technical drawings, prototype development and field management.
