Housing Coordinator/Director for the HOPWA grant with Northeast Florida AIDS Network for 14 years. I assist with submitting grants and closely observing it's many HUD requirements as it is a Federal grant. I am versed in the requirements set before me and I carry them out with vigor and integrity. I monitor the client's I serve and gain statistical data that is turned in to the City of Jacksonville to use for future program use. Development housing documents to be used at a client level to also ensure grant specifications are met. Train and mentor any new additions to the housing team.
