Gambro is a medical device healthcare business with $400M in annual revenue. Managed the Corporate Americas general ledger team in the monthly close, intercompany billing and reconciliation process. Ran the external and internal audit, was the financial contact for ad hoc projects with business leaders, and the financial lead for the integration with Baxter Healthcare. Managed a team of 6 direct reports, 5 in the GL team and 1 financial analyst. Responsible for submitting the forecast and budgets in our reporting system as well as providing subsequent analysis and variance explanations the business.
