- Planned and implemented Insurance Premium Online Payment System that integrated with 5+ existing systems across the internal insurance systems, providing a seamless payment experience with multiple payment tools and secure transaction certificates.- Implemented a diverse range of payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment gateways such as Apply Play, LINE Pay, and ACH, which used to take two full days to issue a policy can now be accomplished in just 5 minutes.
