I manage the full life-cycle recruitment for university partners, helping them find highly qualified candidates to instruct in 2U powered degree and executive education programs. I have experience recruiting within various industries including machine learning/AI, digital transformation, fintech, and public health.

- Manage retention for a caseload of students in the University of Southern California's online Family Nurse Practitioner program.- Provide high-quality customer service and coaching for students through regular proactive and reactive communication via phone, email, and live sessions from time of enrollment until graduation.- Assist students in meeting their educational goals, and help problem-solve when critical situations arise that may hinder their success.- Adhere to company and school policies at all times when communicating with students, faculty, and other constituents.

- Co-managed over 300 students in the DNP program assisting with ourse planning, registration, course drops, course extensions, and regular communication with all students.- Worked closely with Nursing Leadership team regarding academic, administrative, and compliance related topics and issues. - Coordinated scheduling of proposal and final defenses for students, chairs, and committee members, as well as planning bi-monthly week-long DNP residencies for first-year students.

- Supported over 400 students in the BSN program, serving as their main point of contact at the university.- Advised students through course planning, assisting with registration, helping with online classroom navigation, explaining policies, aiding in professor communication, and anything else that may arise.

- Led human resources initiatives such as hiring student employees, conducting new employee orientation, assisting in the disciplinary process, and overseeing the mentoring program and staff incentive programs.- Oversaw all fifteen functional areas in the Department of Student Life in creating and conducting yearly assessment plans.- Collected and analyzed assessment results and created director’s reports summarizing key information and offering analysis and suggestions for future endeavors.
