Leading strategic operations for the influencer marketing team at Skillshare, with a main focus on facilitating the back end performance tracking one of the largest sponsorship programs on Youtube at over 1,000 sponsorships monthly. - Leverage and manage our Martech stack.- Plan resources for strategic initiatives and oversee a team of 4 part-time and full-time people to provide the accounts team with data to guide booking decisions and support our agency relationships.- Created pipeline update templates and transitioned all agencies to a weekly forecasting model vs. a monthly model, allowing us to forecast spending with greater accuracy. - Led the implementation of mar-chitecture (marketing architecture, see what I did there) for the performance tracking and user experience of Instagram Stories & Podcast sponsorships.- Led the launch of Youtube sponsorships internationally in LATAM, France, and Germany in native language.
