-Gather data & track student progress to determine eligibility for referral to Beachwood-Send appropriate/requested data for record releases-Attend initial meeting with Beachwood, ETR review meeting, and IEP meeting-Schedule specialists based on the IEP’s Description(s) of Specially Designed Services-Attend IEP Renewal Meetings-Track & communicate with parents so they are aware of ETR & IEP expiration dates-Responsible for Jon Peterson Scholarship application process and renewals for families-Responsible for all Jon Peterson Scholarship student’s progress reports that are required 4 times a year for the JPS-Hold team and Special Services meetings to review/discuss student progress-State Testing:*Organize and administer 3rd grade Fall ELA Ohio State Testing*Organize and administer 3rd-5th grade Spring ELA, Math, & Science Ohio State Testing*Communicate with parents and faculty regarding students and dates/times-Follow-up phone calls/emails to parents-Continuous communication and coordination with the local school districts

-DIBELS Assessment & Progress Monitoring-MAP testing-Select novel for class to read & develop novel study or related activity-Writing Units - Opinion, Narrative, and Informational-Implement assistive technology into the classroom (text-to-speech, speech-to-text)-Create differentiated small group reading groups-Day-to-Day: develop content related homework, lesson plans, grading, monthly collaboration meetings, bus duty, recess duty, parent emails, bi-weekly newsletter
