Working in the Histopathology department at Hereford County Hospital, working with Consultant Histopathologists and Biomedical Scientists, working accurately to detail and strict standard operating procedures. Tasks included: set up of dissection room, taking notes during specimen dissection, inputting information onto a computer, disposal of specimens. Maintenance of Laboratory equipment and changing of chemicals. Putting tissues samples onto different processing machines. Embedding samples into paraffin wax. Use of a microtome to cut thin sections of tissue for microscope slides.

Overseeing footwear departments in store, serving customers, processing delivery, maintaining visual standards, merchandising new stock and layouts.
