Responsible for the development, dissemination, and tracking of online and live training for Field Medical Affairs associates. Training included new hire onboarding, Medical Affairs SOPs and software, professional skills, and therapeutic training. Therapeutic areas included multiple sclerosis, migraine, Huntington's disease, tardive dyskinesia, and chronic pain. Training formats included eLearnings; online exams; interactions and case studies; live and archived webcasts; live and virtual workshops; and outcomes surveys.

Managed a national team of medical science liaisons in the CNS business unit with a focus on NeuroPsych and Pain therapeutics. Supported existing products in sleep/wake and chronic pain, and pipeline products in migraine, pain, and psychiatry. Supported the launch of a migraine therapy with a first-to-market device application.

Within the CNS business unit, supported the therapeutic areas of Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. Territory included California, Hawaii, Oregon and Arizona.
