• Provide HR Business Partner support for ~1,000 employees within multiple brands for the Dentsu Creative service line.• Coach and develop HR team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support the business effectively.• Counsel employees, managers, and leadership through employee relations issues while also conducting formal investigations into challenging situations such as sexual harassment.• Conduct analysis of HR metrics and data through Workday to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders, and use data to inform decisions around resource allocation, talent acquisition, and retention.• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

• Supported full lifecycle for ~300 employees including onboarding, new hire orientation presentation, Workday administration, termination process including lay off conversation, benefits coordination and assisted local payroll issues for both full-time and freelance employees. • Strategic partner for office restructuring based on revenue and department needs to support a diversifying and cost-efficient organization, including restructuring due to COVID-19.• Developed change management processes and communications for the newly acquired brands to support merging of the acquired brand processes with holding company processes.
