• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations and corporate social responsibilities.• Manage HK and PRC offices through formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, Employee Handbook covering rules and regulations, benefits & compensation and compliance to satisfy the corporate standard.• Administrated and handled full spectrum of C&B which covered payroll & MPF, formation of incentive scheme, other general fringe benefits enrollment and claims and salary tax reporting to HKIRD.
