My initial responsibilities were to process subordination requests on the Origination side of the business. Through excelling in the required responsibilities, I was later tasked to take part in multiple projects where I began processing more challenging requests from lenders whom were known to have more difficult requirements to approve a subordination request. A client is not able to complete a refinance without an approved subordination request, which drove me to provide top-quality documents, provide effective communication with other lenders and continue to provide results of successful approvals with my effective execution and the relationships developed with contacts at other mortgage companies (IE. Green Tree, Bank of America, Seterus, etc.). Every Client, Every Time. No Exceptions, No Excuses.
