Establish, build and maintain relationships with client contacts and identify and fill current and future staffing needs to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain communication with client contacts regarding open orders and candidate supply pool through various communication methods including calls, emails, texts and on-site visits. Reconcile job orders to increase order accuracy and speed to open. Learn clients experience and submission requirements to provide detailed job order descriptions. Direct Recruitment Team to submit qualified candidates to clients open orders to drive submission activity and to ensure adequate submission quantity to client. Conduct and design hot jobs for hard to fill or priority orders to drive submission activity and bookings. Conduct profile screen for candidate submissions making sure they are an appropriate fit for the job. Offer best practice advice to Recruiters to encourage qualified candidate submissions and provide redirect options to more appropriate orders for unqualified candidates. Responsible for ensuring candidates meet client minimum requirements and that the candidate profile is updated in the VMS Technology used by the client or submitted via email. Persistently use traditional and creative methods to push client contacts for status updates on pending candidates. This includes pushing for profile feedback, interviews and offers. Educates clients with industry insight and best practices to improve efficiencies and workflow. Provides strategic and operational oversight to support clients from initial job order entry and submissions to offer acceptance, clinical on-boarding, and first day reporting. Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms. Push client contacts for desired assignment terms including items such as crisis rates, longer assignment lengths, and increased hours per week assignments.

Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Ensure a positive client experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates through the recruiting process, driving Hiring Managers to a decision and negotiating offers. Source active and passive candidates through research, advanced search tools, networking and employee referrals. Work with Account Managers through the interview and offer process, including job descriptions, interviews, feedback, reference checks, salary negotiations/recommendations, and closing of candidates. Receive recruiting assignments from the leadership team. Ensure candidates have the correct experience based on the specific client job requirements. Innovate on current sourcing strategies.
