I have completed a degree in Bachelor of Education in senior and FET , majoring in English and History. I just recently completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive Education at the University of Johannesburg. My job description includes being able to foster a purposeful progression in learning and which is consistent with the learning areas and programes of the subject and Grades as determined. To plan, co-ordinate, control, administer, evaluate and report on learners' academic progress in accordance with the school Learning Area Policies. To recognize that learning is an active process and be prepared to use a variety of strategies to meet the outcomes of the curriculum. To establish a classroom environment which stimulates positive learning and actively engages learners in the learning process. To consider and utilize the learners' own experiences as a fundamental and valuable resource.
