I've always been fascinated by the power of the brain - how it can work for us and against us. Since starting my career in 2016, I've witnessed first-hand how our mindset can either lift us up or hold us back.The brain can get trapped in unhelpful thinking cycles, leading to problematic habits that affect our wellbeing, relationships, and performance without us even noticing. But by developing insight into these patterns and consistently embedding adaptive habits, we can harness the incredible power of the brain to retrain our neural pathways, creating sustainable, adaptive mindsets that help us thrive in whatever we do.Through my work, I've helped clients retrain their brains to respond to adversity in encouraging, wise, and motivating ways, instead of the self-critical, avoidant, and discouraging ways our brains tend to default to.I am currently enrolled on stage 2 accreditation route QSEP with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Working towards HCPC registration.
