I have recently completed a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping at Holmesglen.Currently I am working as a Reconciliation Officer of supplier invoices for Suez Australia. In this role I ensure that supplier invoices are reviewed in a timely manner and arrange receipt of credit notes. I also assist the Billing team with end of month dead lines. My previous position was as a Driver Coordinator at Lite n Easy Victoria. My role was to manage the tens of thousands of outgoing deliveries sent on a weekly basis from Lite ’n’ Easy in Victoria. This role included coordinating a team of nearly forty drivers (not to mention external couriers) to ensure that customers received their deliveries and to make certain that each driver is utilised in the most efficient manner.My ability to think quickly under pressure has meant that when something went wrong I’m was always the one tasked with coming up with a solution to the problem, which could be anything from a driver breaking down to production being late. This ability has been developed after years of working in the logistics and transport industry
